Mia is a married mother of two children and has lived in the small town of Strabane all her life. She has a passion for education and continually improving as she believes the learning process never stops, allowing her to demonstrate her expertise to her clients, colleagues and professional network. Mia embraces any challenges as opportunities for growth and refinement to enable her to refine her treatments. Mia has an extensive background and qualifications in Education, Training and Business Management having achieved BA(Hons) in Management & Business Studies with Queens University Belfast, as well as a PGCFHE in Higher Education with Ulster University.
Mia has always had an interest in Aesthetic Medicine and its practice and also felt that this was an area she could succeed given the appropriate and recognised pathway programme. 2019 was the year she decided to take the plunge into further study to help her achieve this vision, were she successfully progressed through each of the pathways. Fast Forward to 2023 and Mia has achieved her Level 5 and Level 7 in Aesthetic Practice, as well as having completed numerous advanced practitioner courses. Mia is continually upskilling as she believes education and client safety are key especially in the dynamic and ever-changing world of aesthetics.
